This weight loss program focuses on regular, face-to-face contact with DRLC trainers every week;

DRLC trainers will provide exercise and nutritional guidance, support as well as monitor participant's individual progress throughout the 6-week program;

Participants will also receive the following:

  • Before and after photos to appreciate their amazing transformation
  • Weekly weigh in and food diary review with a fitness professional
  • Weight Loss program booklet
  • 3 x 45 minute small group training sessions (am or pm)
