I have worked in the fitness industry since 2006 in many areas including personal training, group fitness and sports training. I currently train clients from 16 to 75 years old and am always looking for new ways to improve my their health and fitness. My philosophy is that getting healthy is a journey with persistence being the key to progress, I have a great passion for helping people and I have worked with many clients helping them overcome their barriers to leading a healthier and happier life.

Health and Fitness Personal Interests
I have played rugby league and touch footy for twenty plus years and still play over 35's touch football and oztag. I love helping the younger generation keep fit and healthy. Currently, i am fitness trainer for an under 18's Women rugby league team.
