The new Group Fitness Timetable commences from Monday, 29 January 2018 and with it we introduce BODYJAM!

BODYJAM - if you want to dance, there is nothing quite like it!
A modern choreographed group workout tuned to the latest hip hop, house, drum & bass and all styles of electronic hits. Suitable whether you have two left feet or fancy yourself as Beyoncé's back up dancer!

Timetable Changes:

Monday 6.50am 30min Boxing (new)
Wednesday 5.30pm Bodyjam has replaced Body Attack
Sunday 8.00am Bodyjam has replaced Boxing
