Our next 6 week Weight Loss Program runs from Monday, 29 January - Saturday, 10 March.

You can choose from 6am, 10am OR 6pm small-group training sessions.

Whatever time slot you choose, all come with a bonus Saturday morning large group workout. 

You also receive nutritional advise, weekly catch-ups with our trainers and much more!

There is a maximum of 10 people in all AM and PM groups (30 total), so make sure you secure your place by registering ASAP!
