Our next 6 week Weight Loss Program starts Monday, 1 May.
You can choose from three 6am small-group training sessions, three 10am mid-morning sessions OR three 6pm small-group training sessions.
Whatever time slot you choose, all come with a bonus Saturday morning large group workout.
You also receive nutritional advise, weekly catch-ups with our trainers and much more!
There is a maximum of 10 people in all AM and PM groups (30 total), so make sure you secure your place by registering ASAP!
