The new Group Fitness Timetable Commences from Monday, 1 May.

The following classes are being trialled in Studio 1:
Saturday 7am H.I.T
Sunday 7am Pilates 

Aqua Aerobics morning classes move to 9am with the exception of Wednesday morning which stays at 8am.
