Meeks Street Plaza will come alive on Saturday 18 November 2017 when some of the finest local restaurants from Kensington and Kingsford put their best dishes on show as part of Randwick Council’s annual Kingsford Noodle Markets.

Now in its fourth year, the Kingsford Noodle Markets highlight a vast array of cuisines from Randwick City’s very own culinary home, inviting residents to try their favourite foods from around the world including Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, Malaysian, Taiwanese and Vietnamese.

“There’s such a tangible sense of energy and excitement when you walk past and smell all the wonderful scents coming from the restaurants along Anzac Parade in Kingsford and Kensington,” said Randwick Mayor Lindsay Shurey. “There’s a buzz in the air, which is what we want to celebrate with these markets.

“We have so many wonderful local businesses that are packed night after night, so it’s great that we can gather them together in one place for people to experience and perhaps try a new place or style of cooking. I have no doubt that visitors to the Kingsford Noodle Markets will find a new favourite place to return to again and again.”

The Kingsford Noodle Markets will be open from 12pm to 9pm on Saturday, 18 November 2017 with the following local restaurants participating:

88 Asian Food

Albee’s Kitchen

Everise Handmade Noodles

Maison Roll

Mini Pancakes

Niji Sushi Bar

Passionflower

Phoodle Eatery
