Meeks Street Plaza will be a hive of activity on Saturday, 3 December 2016 when 13 of the finest local restaurants from Kensington and Kingsford put their best dishes on show for the Kingsford Noodle Markets.
Now in its third year, the Kingsford Noodle Markets highlights some of the most delectable cuisines from Randwick City’s very own culinary home, inviting residents to try their favourite foods from around the world including Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, Malaysian, Taiwanese and Vietnamese.
Mayor of Randwick, Noel D’Souza, loves the annual Kingsford Noodle Markets, giving locals opportunities sample some of the favourite restaurants whilst enjoying the atmosphere of outdoor markets.
“Kensington and Kingsford truly are home to some of Sydney’s best local restaurants and the Kingsford Noodle Markets is the perfect way to celebrate the diversity and richness of places we have to eat right on our doorstep.
“Not only is this a unique opportunity for local businesses to showcase their best dishes to the community, but it encourages the community to come together to celebrate what makes Randwick City so great - its people, its culture and its delicious food,”
