This week is National Reconciliation Week and I am extremely pleased to say we will be celebrating this important nation-wide milestone in Randwick City with a special Corroboree on Coogee Beach, Wednesday 27 May from 11am.

National Reconciliation Week is held between 27 May to 3 June every year to commemorate two significant milestones in the reconciliation journey—the anniversaries of the successful 1967 referendum and the High Court Mabo decision.

Our Corroboree event at Coogee will be held on the sand and will include traditional performances, fire displays and cultural activities free for everyone.

I encourage everyone in Randwick City to come along if you can and enjoy this special, unique event.
