How to obtain a tender or quotation document

A hard copy of tender or quotation documents may be obtained by visiting Council's Customer Service Centre from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm (excluding public holidays). Council will accept payment for tender documents and certain quotation documents by cash, cheque, Eftpos and credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.  A 1% credit card service fee applies to all credit card transactions at the time of payment. Cheques should be made payable to Randwick City Council.

To obtain an electronic copy of tender/quotation documents free of charge, please go to the Tenders.Net.

Alternatively, you can ask for the documents to be posted to you. Post a cheque or money order, made payable to Randwick City Council, clearly identifying the documents you require and including your return address details.

The tender specification purchase price of $165 (non-refundable) must be paid when collecting the documents. The purchase price for quotation documents varies and must also be paid when collecting the documents. Electronic versions may be downloaded free of charge from Tenders.Net

Submitting a tender/quotation response

Tenders/quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing:

• Tender/quotation number
• Tender/quotation title
• Closing date.

Tenders and quotations must be addressed to Randwick City Council and placed in the Tender/quotation Box located in the reception area at Council's Customer Service Centre between the hours of 8:30am and 5.00pm on normal business days, but no later than 2pm on the day nominated for the closing of the tender/quotation.

Randwick City Council staff accept no responsibility for tender/quotation lodgement.

Tenders/quotations may be submitted by personal delivery or prepaid post only. Tenders/quotations may not be submitted by facsimile, electronic transmission or verbally.

Tenders/quotations deemed late WILL NOT be considered.
