A large volume of information is available in relation to development applications under Development Application Tracking, including DAs lodged, DAs determined, and DA consent notices and plans.
Council is required to produce a number of statutory documents annually or periodically, some under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 and others which are mandatory under other legislation. Access to information and documents held by Randwick City Council which are not on our website may be requested under section 12 of the Local Government Act 1993 or under the Freedom of Information Act 1989.
