Council is required to keep:

• a public register of all current donations and expenditure declarations lodged by Councillors with the Election Funding Authority 
• a register of Councillors voting on each planning decision of the Council. Randwick Council has resolved to include voting on tender decisions in the same register - Register of voting on planning & tender
• a Register of
• a register of decisions where SEPP 1 variations have been approved and
• a register of Council decisions on planning and tender matters where Council has overturned staff recommendations
