Customer Service Centre:

The Customer Service Centre  in the Administration Centre, 30 Frances Street, Randwick is the one-stop-shop for all of Council's services.

Our Customer Service Officers are trained to answer and resolve your enquiries.

Customer Service staff will assist you to find information and transact your business in a wide range of services, such as:

  • Development Application lodgement
  • Construction certificates
  • Complying development certificates 
  • Companion animal registration
  • Parking permits
  • Change of address
  • Payments
  • Council agendas and minutes
  • File access and retrieval
  • Community information
  • Rates payments and enquiries
  • Tree preservation
  • Various applications and approvals
  • Waste Services

All payments can be made at the Customer Service Centre using cash, cheque, EFTPOS and most major credit cards (with the exception of Diners Club).
