If you wish to hold a public or corporate event on Council-owned land, please complete a Notice of Intent Application Form (pdf 98.04 kb) and return it to Council. The fees are set out in the Pricing Policy and Statement of Fees & Charges 2011-12 (pdf 3 Mb).

Council needs eight weeks to process your application. Please read the form carefully and supply the information and diagrams as required. Please note the following:

• You must complete all sections of the application form.
  Please include a map showing the exact location of stalls and other equipment.
• If parts of this form are not applicable to your event or activity, you must indicate this in the space provided in each of the individual parts.
• A copy of the Certificate of Currency needs to be attached.
• If you are required to submit a development application allow six to eight weeks for Council to fulfil all of the legislative requirements, including the public exhibition of your proposal.
