If you wish to hold a picnic or informal gathering for more than 70 people at a reserve or beach within the City of Randwick, please complete the Notice of Intent Application Form (pdf 98.04 kb) and return it to Council with the application fee of $160.00. Council's fees are set out in the Pricing Policy and Statement of Fees & Charges 2011-12 (pdf 3 Mb). 

You are advised to read the form carefully and supply the information and diagrams as required. Please note the following:

• You must complete all sections of the application form.
• If parts of this form are not applicable to your activity, you must indicate this in the space provided.
• No public liability insurance is required.
• Please allow at least two weeks for your application to be processed.
