If you wish to hold a formal gathering at a reserve or beach within the City of Randwick for an event such as a wedding, christening or naming day, please fill out the Notice of Intent Application Form (pdf 98.04 kb) and return it to Council with the application fee of $160.00. The park/beach hire fee of $215.00 per hour which will be invoiced upon approval of your application to hire the space.

You are advised to read the form carefully and supply the information and diagrams as required. Please note the following:
- You must complete all sections of the application form.
- If parts of this form are not applicable to your event or activity, you must indicate this in the space provided.
- No public liability insurance is required.
- Please allow at least two weeks for your application to be processed.
- Please note the application fee must accompany the application form.
