Description

Snape Park is a first grade cricket ground and the park also provides rugby, soccer, netball and tennis facilities.

Snape Park Tennis Centre has six hardcourts and is open on:

  • Monday 9 am to 7 pm
  • Tuesday 9 am to 10 pm
  • Wednesday 9 am to 10:30 pm
  • Thursday and Friday 9 am to 9 pm 
  • Saturday 9 am to 6 pm
  • Sunday 9 am to 6:30 pm.

There are also Council-owned tennis facilities at Latham Park and Heffron Park.

Surrounding the formal setting of the fenced oval and grandstand is an extensive informal and passive area suitable for walking, jogging, kite flying and dog exercise. This area is surrounded by many mature trees that provide shade and shelter for park users.

A fenced junior playground is located in the south-western corner of the park.
