State environmental planning policies (SEPPs) are prepared by the State Government. These address matters of state significance (such as major projects) or issues where a state-wide policy is necessary, such as housing for older people. A State Policy may modify, override or supplement the provisions of a Local Environmental Plan (LEP).
Any questions regarding these State Environmental Planning Policies should be directed to the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure.
The following SEPPs currently apply in Randwick City.
