A Development Control Plan (DCP) provides detailed planning and design guidance for new development, which supplements the provisions of Randwick Local Environment Plan (LEP) 2012.
New Randwick Draft Comprehensive DCP
Randwick Council has prepared and exhibited a draft comprehensive DCP, which finished on Tuesday 12 March 2013.
The draft final Development Control Plan (DCP) was due to be reported to Council's Planning Committee on 14 May 2013 but because of notification difficulties the DCP agenda item has been deferred and is to be considered at the Council meeting of Tuesday 28 May 2013 at 6PM.

Note all DAs lodged on or after the 15 February 2013 (the date of commencement of Randwick LEP 2012) will be assessed under Randwick LEP 2012 and draft Randwick Comprehensive DCP. Council's assessment may consider the existing DCPs in special circumstances, if it can be demonstrated that those DCP controls are compatible with and necessary for any assessment under the new Randwick LEP 2012 and the draft DCP.
