Randwick City Council provides waste services for domestic and public purposes, as well as its commercial waste services. We are committed to recycling as much as possible, and encourage all residents to consider the waste hierarchy: aim to avoid waste - reuse what you can't avoid; recycle where possible, and dispose of what's left.

Council's Waste Management division tracks and assesses the latest technological innovations. We monitor what we are sending to landfill, and welcome schemes such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
