Randwick City Council provides a commercial waste service on a contract basis. Fees and charges depend on type of bin, number of bins and frequency of service. Bins can be rented on a quarterly basis. Cardboard recycling services are also provided.

Randwick City Council also operates a paper and cardboard recycling collection service. This type of waste is stored at the Recycling Centre and then transferred to a private fibre recycling company which integrates recycled materials into an extensive range of packaging products.
