Our employees enjoy the benefit of free non-work related activities aimed at improving their health and wellbeing.

Council offers programs like Lifestyle Lunches where employees learn about topics that relate to their personal interests. Topics covered in the past have been:

  • Keeping Calm in Busy Times, and 
  • How to Dress For Success. 

Another example of free non-work related activities is the Be Fit program where employees can participate in pilates or aerobic classes during their lunch break and after work to improve their fitness.
