Council offers excellent learning and development opportunities to all staff.

On the completion of your three month probation and then annually, you will develop a learning and development plan in consultation with your Manager to identify the training that you will need to help you fulfil the requirements of your position.

This is also an opportunity for you to identify courses that would be beneficial to further developing your career progression.
