This collection is for people who speak English as a second language. It covers writing, reading, listening and speaking. It consists of:

• kits (combination of books and audiovisual material)

• books which are colour-coded to keep together all the material on a particular subject.

Language kits (books with audiovisual material) are divided in three levels:

• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Advanced.

Fiction books in the collection are also divided into three levels:

• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Advanced.

These books are often accompanied by cassettes, so that learners can read and listen to a story at the same time. This helps to develop better listening and reading skills.
