Kids' club

Kids' Club is open to all preschoolers and their parents/carers, is free of charge and held:

  • Tuesdays 10.45am - 11.15am at Randwick Branch Library (3 - 5 years)
  • Wednesdays 10.15am - 10.45am at Bowen Library (3 - 5 years)
  • Thursdays 10.15am - 10.45am at Malabar Community Library (2 - 5 years)

Kids' Club is designed to provide a friendly and stimulating atmosphere where young children are introduced to the joy of stories and at the same time build a framework for their literacy development.

Each week children are invited to take part in a variety of activities:

  • Storytelling
  • Film screenings
  • Simple craft sessions.

Every child's experience is greatly enriched when parents/carers actively participate in the program.

So, come along, join the fun and make new friends! 

All sessions of Kids Club are free and are limited to 50 children.  Please collect one ticket per child from the front desk. You must be a library member to participate, it's free to join. Please be on time as no tickets are issued once the session has started.

Chinese Storytime (pdf 3.09MB) - Story time for preschoolers in Mandarin and English with craft, short films, music or songs. It is held on the first Tuesday of the month at Randwick Branch Library from 11.30am - 12.00pm.

This is a free activity and bookings are not required.
