Ask a librarian: information requests
Do you need information on a particular subject? Have a question and can't find the answer? Email the library and we can help you. Give as much detail, and allow as much time, as possible. Allow two business days for a reply.
Holds and reservations
Is there an item you want to reserve? Reserve it on the online library catalogue or Email the library with the title, author, edition, and your library barcode (as much information as possible). If there are no copies available, the item will be placed on hold ($1.20 charge on pickup). If there is a copy available, the item will be placed on the Reserve Shelf at the library branch you nominate.
Is there an item you would like the library to purchase? We welcome purchase suggestions from our members. Go to the library catalogue and log in under My Details then scroll to section Submit a request for an item not held. Please provide as much information as possible.
24-hour phone renewals are available by telephone. You can also renew your items on the online library catalogue or email the library with your name, library barcode number and details of the items you would like renewed.
