The Spot has established itself as a unique culinary destination, and fabulous food reflecting the cultural diversity of Randwick will be on offer at The Spot Festival. Whatever tickles your tastebuds, you'll find it here: spicy paella, icy gelato, authentic Italian dishes, and tantalizing Thai food, as well as scrumptious Dutch pancakes drizzled with chocolate sauce and dusted with icing sugar, and Morrocan, Indian, and Greek food to whet your appetite. Celebrity chef Tony Bilson will be providing inspirational cooking demonstrations, and a licensed Festival Bar will be serving up summery sangria and icy cold beer and wine.
